I’m scheduling this post as I missed last week’s WOYWW not realising it was Wednesday! Having had another bank holiday I will go all week not knowing what day it is senior incidents seem to be lasting more than a moment these days!

Anyway 29th May is Sophia’s 6th birthday and inspired by the lovely Jen’s never-ending card here I set about making one. It was surprisingly easy to do and Sophia was mesmerised by its clever workings. Thanks Jen. :o)

The other thing fighting for space on my desk is the quilt I am making also for Sophia. I am so enjoying this new hobby and am already addicted to hoarding lovely fabrics!

I’m off to snoop round some workdesks at Julia’s … hope to see you there.

Sue x

PS Oh and while you’re here why not have a look at my Christmas card challenge?

Lovely card, we always fancied a sewing machine but we couldn't even thread the needle with our fat paws!

Waving hi from the bears @#10 last time we checked!

OMG! The quilting is such a distraction! Love it, but I keep getting drawn back to paper and card, now I've made my LillyBo quilts. One left to finish and very little chance it will happen by the WOYWW crop this weekend, but I'll give it a go.....

Love the colours and cute card as well! I love ones that are interestingly moveable :)

Happy 4th Birthday, WOYWW!

I know I’m a day late but I’m trying to make it around everyone this week. It’s going to take some time, but I wanted to say that it’s amazing that the internet can bring together so many likeminded people and I’m grateful that WOYWW has also brought along so many new friends, thanks to Julia.

It looks like you’ve had a busy week Sue. That never ending card is great and the quilt looks so pretty. Sophia is going to love them both.

Enjoy your weekly snoop, especially as we’re celebrating WOYWW’s 4th Anniversary.
Happy Crafting!
