Before you pop to the recycling bin …

greetings… here’s an idea. Cut the printed greetings from the inside of this year’s cards to use on your hand made cards and tags next year.

4578144225_113x151 And come back on 25th January to join our Christmas card link up!

Great idea! I always chop up the fronts and ignore the insides. :)

Great idea.

When I was little I used to cut out the fronts with Mum's pinking shears and make them into tags. Mum popped them in cello bags for me and sold them in the shop. It was a way for me to earn extra pocket money:)

Thanks for the tip Sue. I usually do just that - as well as make a note of who I sent to and who I received from. I know it sounds quite a task but it helps to keep track of people on my list. An elderly lady - ex neighbour from 30+ years ago hasn't sent us a card for the 2nd year running and I fear that she may be deceased. Now I shall contact the home and find out.
I also cut the front of cards and make them into tags.
Happy New Year to you. TFS. ~Glen~
