Sketch Challenge February 1st-29th

 
Hello and welcome to my second sketch challenge of 2016. First of all I need to ask a question, do you find that settling down to a nice bit of scrapping goes hand-in-hand with a nice bit of chocolate to munch on? If you agree,   spare a thought for me as I try to craft through Choc-free February and it’s a bloomin’ leap year. Still, by the end of the month I will be feeling very virtuous as I donate my saved pennies to Dementia UK.

Anyway, I digress, you are here for the sketch challenge – all you need to do is use the sketch as your starting point; you can turn it, leave bits out, add bits to it … how you change things is entirely up to you. So here we are on the countdown to Christmas – and how mean that I can't open my Advent Calendar as it’s a no-choc day for me. Ah well I’ll have a feast on Thursday!

Only three links last month – maybe everyone is busy card making or it was a crummy sketch? Thanks so much to my three loyal followers Janet, Patty and Sarah; they don’t miss a month! Stuck?! Sketches

Here’s my page using the Stuck?! sketch for November. I haven’t scrapped in my trademark primary colours in ages – now I remember why I love these colours so much! The photo is of my beautiful great-niece, Sophia, on her eighth birthday earlier this year. How can she be 8 already?!

Sketch Challenge September 1st-30th

So that was summer eh? Did I miss it? Here we are in September already and time for a new sketch challenge. To join in just use the sketch as your starting point – you don’t have to stick to it rigidly as you can see from my example.

A super number of entries last month thank you and lovely to see some new names, too. The winner of my kit this month is CraftPopsy with this fab page featuring her daughter at Harry Potter World I am very jealous that they have been there! Isn’t that a great title? And the little wooden potion pots are a perfect touch.
