Beat the Christmas Rush May 25th

Christmas Card Tally 25
5 May
I’ve been a bit more organised this month and did get my cards done with a few days to spare. I Pinned a similar card to these from Pauline’s Papier a while back then my friend Jackie Pinned it too, jogging my memory. It’s a great card to use up scraps and very easy to make.

So what’s this all about? Christmas cards in May for goodness sake? Well, how smug will I be in November with at least 50 Christmas cards all ready for the festive season? Ha! I’m planning to Beat the Christmas Rush – the aim is to make up to 5 Christmas cards per month. Why not join in our monthly linky? It’s not too late to start and you’ll be glad you did! I’ll publish a new link up each month on the 25th and feature my favourite card from the previous month’s entries …

5 May susiWhen I saw these cards by Susibee I thought what a brilliant and different idea – the coffee mug stamp is by Stampin’ Up  and now I need it!

The small print … please only link up new cards. Up to 5 links allowed per person per month. Mention my blog in your post(s).  It’s not necessary, but I’ll be thrilled if you join my blog as a follower. If you miss a month it doesn’t matter, come back next month … or the month after.

Have fun.

Pop up box card

Here’s a birthday card I’ve made for my niece who likes all things weird and wonderful. I’ve used The Octopode Factory Alice in Wonderland printables available here on Etsy and must thank my dear friend Susibee for showing us how to make this type of card on our recent retreat.
